Happenings   Issue 2  Jan 2013   Rockaway Beach, NY

Dear Friends,

In addition to information I want to share that some will find helpful in their own rebuilding efforts, I want to stress one thing, community.   Our community is jam packed with goodwill, kindness and thoughtfulness, but under prolonged duress, these virtues can get pushed aside.  Please remember that what we are going through now is only temporary and as much as it hurts, we will all get to a better place.  When we do get to that better place, we will reflect back at the way we handled ourselves during these hard times.  Let’s have great reflections.
